Santee Nation Chairman Alonzo Denney, and Vice-Chairman Cameron addressed the Crofton community and Council at the City Council meeting on Monday, July 10.
Former Police Chief John Carter held a “forum” event on Thursday, July 6 for about 50 community members in the Lewis & Clark Pulley Museum downtown.

Leo Reifenrath was on the mound for the Crofton 12U team in a recent 7-4 home win against Hartington.
Roy Knapp was on the mound in the early innings last week at home for the Crofton American Legion Seniors team against Wayne. The Seniors brought in the win 8-4.
